Job Summary
GeezJobs is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects with NGOs, government institutions, and development partners.The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship management skills, experience working with NGOs or grant-funded projects, and the ability to prepare high-quality reports and proposals. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects with NGOs, government organizations, and development partners.
- Represent the company in meetings and communications with stakeholders.
- Visit NGO offices, government institutions, and company offices when required based on project needs.
- Prepare project reports, proposals, concept notes, and grant-related documents.
- Identify new partnership and funding opportunities.
- Present and pitch new project ideas to funders and development partners.
- Search for grants, funding opportunities, and support the process of securing funds.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of activities.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, donors, and institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience working with NGOs, development organizations, or grant-funded projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in fundraising, donor communication, or securing project funds is a strong advantage.
- Strong proposal writing and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High English communication skills and professional presentability are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
