Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
- Edit and produce high-quality promotional and marketing videos for real estate projects.
- Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit property walkthroughs, apartment showcases, construction progress updates, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
- Incorporate professional transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative visual storytelling techniques to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
- Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, and overall visual presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content creation team to develop engaging video concepts.
- Manage multiple editing projects and deliver content within assigned deadlines.
- Stay updated with current video editing techniques, social media trends, and creative approaches.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in video editing and content production.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing, advertising, or digital content creation is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous video editing projects is required.
Required Skills
✓ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
✓ Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, transitions, and color grading.
✓ Ability to create engaging content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
✓ Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
✓ Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Skills
- Experience editing real estate promotional videos and property showcases.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
- Ability to transform raw footage into compelling marketing content.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
