Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations at assigned duty station.

• Supervise receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Implement stock control procedures.

• Monitor stock levels.

• Conduct physical inventory counts.

• Investigate and report stock variances.

• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.

• Supervise storekeepers and warehouse personnel.

• Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and other departments.

• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, including supervisory experience.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Basic computer skills are mandatory.

• Knowledge of computerized inventory/stock management systems is an advantage.
