Educational Requirements: ከታወቀ ዩኒቨርሲቲ/ኮሌጅ በንብረት አስተዳደር፣በማኔጅመንት፣አካውንትንግ እና ፋይናንስ ወይም ተዛማጅ የትምህርት ዘርፍበቢ.ኤ ዲግሪ ወይም በደረጃ 4 ዲፕሎማ የተመረቀ/ቀች
