Main Duties and Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage the execution of contracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms and conditions.
Maintain and update contract records, including documentation of changes, amendments, and approvals.
Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Company policies and procedures.
Evaluate and assess contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Provide recommendations for contract improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any issues or deviations from contract terms.
Handle and resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and claims in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with legal and project teams to address contract disputes and negotiate resolutions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to contracts, including correspondence, amendments, and performance reports.
Generate regular reports on contract status, performance, and any issues.
Provide guidance and support to project managers and other team members on contract-related issues and requirements.
Assist in the preparation and administration of contract-related documentation.
Manage administration activities related to contract management.

Qualification and Education

Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
