We are seeking a proactive Development Project Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth execution of projects and tasks. The primary focus of the role is follow-up activities, including tracking deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining organized project documentation.

Candidates with a background in ERP development and experience using .NET technologies will have an added advantage, as the role involves working closely with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with the ERP development team to track project progress and updates.
• Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information or resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Development Department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Experience:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes.
  • Hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Knowledge of databases, particularly MSSQL, is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management softwares.

Additional Considerations

• Candidates with previous experience in ERP development or working in a .NET development environment are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and ERP implementation processes will be a significant asset.
