• Assist in network installation and upgrading according to system design and office layouts;

• Perform basic diagnostics, testing and troubleshooting of network and database issues;

• Assist in database configuration, maintenance, upgrade and patching;

• Provide on-site database and system support to end users;

• Perform system and database backups under the supervision of the Network and System Administrator;
