• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans and specifications. 
• Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed. 
• Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion. 
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications. 
• Document quality control findings and take corrective actions as needed. 
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and address any issues or deficiencies promptly. 
• Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns. 
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site to protect workers and minimize hazards. 
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 
• Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents that occur on-site. 
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise. 
• Facilitate communication between the construction team and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
•  Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, equipment usage, and labor hours.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Diploma or equivalent in Construction or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
