Scope:

Manages and administers the construction and delivery of projects in terms of completion of the  Electrical and works at site in accordance with the contract documents, provision of documentation, finalization of clients, sub-contractors, suppliers’ financial accounts and achievement of budget profit whilst developing relations with the client and professional team under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Will develop and administer the project budget and controls expenditure to ensure the budget profit is achieved.
• Will go through the project scope of work such as drawings, specification, Quality Plans, Contracts, project program.
• Will oversee all aspect of the day-to-day management of the project.
• Will instigate the project planning and review of progress against targets set.
• Will establish the project construction methodology with the project team.
• Will control the value Consulting, design, sub-contractor and material selection.
• Will co-ordinate the work of all in-house staff, suppliers and sub-contractor.
• Will ensure that the works are installed to the specifications, quality and other requirements detailed in the contract documents.
• Will monitor progress of all aspect of the work to ensure completion on time.
• Will make regular applications for payment and collects cash to achieve positive cash flow.
• Will review design to ensure they are fit. Review and resolves any anomalies prior to starting of work.
• Will interface with government departments and utility companies.
• Will implement a project specific quality assurance plan at each stage of the project.
• Will ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan.
• Will actively manage safety and quality on site ensuring side wide compliance and not just their area of operation.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Only
• 5 years of experience, out of which 1 year on a senior position in similar discipline of work (work experience at international company will be given priority)
