9. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of mail processing and delivery accuracy.

10. Identify and implement relevant postal technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and tracking capabilities.

11. Work closely with customer service representatives to resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to postal services.

1. BA/BSC Degree with 0 years of experience orCollege Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience 

2. Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
