Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. The role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively selling company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals with customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and visibility.
Trade Execution & Merchandising:
- Ensure proper product placement, branding, and shelf visibility in retail outlets.
- Implement promotional activities and POS (Point-of-Sale) materials effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and trade terms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Requirements:

Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
