Duties and responsibilities
Appears at work place early, consults with the replacement staff and accepts the responsibility to run in the succeeding shift.
Clean machines and working area
Ensure (Check) that the availability of sufficient inputs for the production of soap
Makes sure that production equipments (plodder and cutter) are functioning properly
Monitors the functions of the soap production machines (plodder and cutter)
Makes sure that the products daily produced are in accordance with the production capacity of the equipment.
Prepare soaps based on the current production and quality control procedures, work instruction and SOP.
Inspect the produced soap and take corrective measures if there is any non-conformity of product
Takes corrective measures regularly to prevent any thing that may pose obstacle to the production process; reports to the immediate supervisor if there is any serious problem.
Control or monitor wastage of inputs (raw materials); energy and time in the soap production process
Performs functions that require full knowledge of general aspects of the job
Assist in the installation , maintenance and repair of machinery
Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
Sometimes cover the duties of other employees ,especially during absenteeism
Undertakes additional activities when instructed by immediate supervisor

BA Degree In Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering or Related Fields.
