Job Summary

 We are looking for a Junior CCTV Operator to join our security and surveillance team near Rufael Church, on the road to Shegole. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional holding a Level 4 Diploma in IT and Hardware, with a keen eye for detail, a willingness to work flexible hours, and a basic understanding of surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage for any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Report incidents and escalate issues as necessary to supervisors or security teams.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and related hardware systems under guidance.
• Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and assist in regular system checks.
• Maintain accurate logs and daily reports of surveillance activities.
• Follow company protocols and legal guidelines regarding data handling and privacy.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or internal teams when footage is needed for investigations.
• Work assigned shifts, including night shifts, on a rotational basis.
  
   

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 4 Diploma in IT and Hardware (mandatory).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship or training preferred).
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and hardware.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
