The Company is seeking for motivated and customer-oriented staff on the following job positions. These role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong analytical skills focusing on enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering.

• Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, including monitoring vital signs.
• Continuously monitor patients for any signs of complications or adverse reactions during treatment. Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Prepare and administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Regularly check & monitor functionality of dialysis machines before and after treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, assessments, treatment plans, and patient responses in electronic health records.
• Work closely with nephrologists, dietitians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to prevent complications related to dialysis treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, to enhance nursing practice in the dialysis setting.

Required skills and qualifications

• BSc Degree in Critical Care Nursing with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Additional skills: Critical Care nursing, strong clinical assessment, ability to operate dialysis machines, excellent communication and Strong teamwork skills.
