Job Title: Property Manager (*urgently required)

Job Summary

To oversee the day-to-day operations of properties. This role ensures the efficient management of leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. Acts as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while protecting the value and profitability of the property. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned properties and ensure optimal performance
• Market and lease vacant units; screen and select tenants
• Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant relations
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Prepare property budgets and maintain financial records
• Ensure properties comply with all local regulations and safety standards
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of property regulations and leasing practices
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
• Real estate license may be required based on location
