Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the event industry. This role involves building strong client relationships, promoting event services, and closing sales that align with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. With a minimum of two years of experience in sales or event-related roles, the Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling,and referrals
  • Present and promote event services to potential clients across various sectors
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with the event planning and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads
  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitorofferings, and client preferences

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experiencein sales,preferably in the event, hospitality,or service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings orindustry events as needed
