Purpose of the Job:
Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the President, ensuring priorities are executed across SVH ventures, commitments are tracked, and sensitive matters are handled with discretion. The role combines executive assistance with operational coordination, requiring exceptional agility and adaptability in a highly evolving, fast-paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Follow-up
- Maintain and track the President’s priority list (integrated with Monday.com).
- Follow up with CEOs, Deputy CEOs, and corporate service heads to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Draft, review, and issue memos and correspondence in the President’s tone and format.
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting packs, and action summaries.
- Manage sensitive communications and maintain a controlled document archive.
- Leverage Odoo, Monday.com, Teams, and AI tools for task and workflow management.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address operational gaps.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or in a Chief of Staff/strategic EA role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Amharic not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com, and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel to Djibouti and Dubai on short notice.
