Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover – 6 Months)
Reports To: Deputy CEO / Corporate Services Head
Role Purpose
We are seeking a capable and well-rounded HR, Admin & Facility Manager to provide maternity cover for 6 months. The role holder will oversee the company’s Human Resources, General Administration, and Facility functions to ensure efficient operations, compliance with legal requirements, and support to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office services, supplies, and contracts.
- Maintain effective record-keeping, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth support services for all departments.
Facilities Management
- Manage the company’s office premises and facilities to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.
- Supervise building maintenance, utilities, security, and cleaning services.
- Oversee vendor management and facility-related contracts.
- Drive workplace health & safety compliance and employee well-being initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, Administration, and Facilities, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR practices, and facility operations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
