We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Technical Diploma in building, construction, or a related field from a TVET College and at least 3 years of relevant experience in building and water irrigation works. You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, managing a crew, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise On-site Activities: Direct and coordinate the daily work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Safety & Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with regulations, and meets quality standards.
• Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and labor on the job site.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues related to construction, including unexpected challenges and technical problems.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to the project management team.
• Coordination: Work closely with the project manager and other foremen to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

• Education: Technical Diploma in building, construction, or a related field from a TVET College.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role, with a background in both building and water irrigation projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
