We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee construction, water irrigation, and hydropower projects. This role is ideal for a B.Sc. Civil Engineering/Hydraulic Engineer with at least 8 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Coordinate all project phases from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expert technical guidance on civil, hydraulic, and hydropower engineering aspects of the projects.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, with a strong focus on construction and water-related infrastructure projects. This includes hands-on experience in water irrigation systems and hydropower works.
