We are seeking a Site Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/Hydraulic Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in building construction and water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional responsible for the technical supervision and coordination of construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and oversight on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on materials and workmanship to guarantee project integrity.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress logs, and safety documentation. Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
• Safety: Enforce and promote a safe working environment, ensuring all safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed by all on-site personnel.

• Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a site engineer, with a proven track record in building construction, water irrigation, and hydropower works.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Software Proficiency: Competence in using relevant engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A strong ability to think critically and solve complex on-site challenges efficiently.
