Purpose of the Job:
Lead the operational reliability of Sino–PAG’s technology environment while planning and executing the Odoo ERP program across SVH Group’s core clusters (Trading & Procurement, Engineering/EPC, Real Estate, and Distribution). This role bridges day‑to‑day IT operations with enterprise system transformation to deliver measurable business impact.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑line IT support for Sino–PAG systems (including Digaf Digital Banking) ensuring stability, security, and continuity.
- Manage technology projects (e.g., Tax Stamp Project, integrations with ERP and third‑party systems) with milestones and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with SVH IT & Data Governance standards, policies, and procedures; coordinate security reviews and audits.
- Oversee IT vendors, consultants, and contractors with defined SLAs and performance KPIs; manage licenses and renewals.
- Maintain incident, change, and problem logs; drive root‑cause analysis and timely resolution with stakeholders.
- Lead BRD and Business Process Validation workshops with cluster stakeholders; finalize to‑be process maps and RACI.
- Manage end‑to‑end Odoo 18 implementation across Accounting, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Payroll, CRM, and custom modules.
- Supervise custom developments (Supplier Scorecard, Shipment Tracking, LC Lifecycle, EPC BOQ costing, Real Estate contract management).
- Coordinate data migration strategy, cleansing, ETL execution, and reconciliation; design training plans and UAT cycles.
- Ensure Go‑Live readiness (cutover plan, hypercare staffing) and manage post‑Go‑Live stabilization and enhancements.
- Report program status to the SVH President, ERP Steering Committee, and cluster leadership (scope, schedule, budget, risks).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience overall, including at least 2+ years in formal project/program management roles.
- Proven exposure to both IT leadership/operations and ERP project management
- Demonstrated track record in enterprise‑level ERP implementations across multiple business units.
- Hands‑on experience with data migration, process automation, and system integrations (APIs/middleware).
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management; digital banking familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
