We’re looking for a senior marketing leader to join us as Head of Marketing.

Job Descriptions;

• Build ETHAL’s marketing function from the ground up.
• Define and lead brand strategy, campaigns, and consumer engagement.
• Drive awareness and pull while supporting distributors and retail partners.
• Establish ETHAL across digital and traditional channels.
• Build and lead a strong marketing team over time.

Requirements and skills

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven success in building/scaling consumer brands (FMCG/durables preferred).
• Strong track record in both digital and traditional marketing.
• A builder, strategist, and hands-on leader ready to create impact.
