About the Organization

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing month-end and year-end close processes, and supporting internal and external audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and Analyze journal entries, subsidiaries, and Accounts.

• Report and process the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with IFRS.

• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Coordinate and support audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Supervise, mentor, and review work of accountants or senior accounting assistants.

• Follow up and prepare      report  projects and coresponding financial reporting

• Assist in General accounts of the company.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

• Experience: 6 + years of progressive accounting experience

• Technical Skills: -Proficiency in accounting software like Peachtree, strong Excel skills.

• Knowledge:  Solid understanding of (IFRS), financial statements, and regulatory requirements.

• Soft Skills: - Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Health sector is preferable.
