Place of work: - Addis Ababa.

Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Basic Job Descriptions:

Greet patients, verify their identity, and explain the blood-drawing process.
Perform venipuncture, skin punctures, or arterial punctures to collect blood samples.
Collect, prepare, and process biological samples for analysis.
Label, store, and transport blood specimens correctly.
Adhere to strict sterilization and sanitation protocols, and safely dispose of sharp instruments.
Maintain accurate records of collected samples and patient information.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide first aid if needed.
Ensure all phlebotomy equipment is well-stocked and in good condition.

Qualifications & Experience

Level IV in Medical laboratory Science
At least two year experience, Computer skill, Communication skill, and QMS practice
