The Junior ICT Officer will provide essential support for the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and service management functions, ensuring smooth and reliable technology operations.

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, BIS, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and software applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
