We are looking for a dedicated and professional Night Shift Call Operator to join our team at lavish medical spa 

? Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls during night hours.
• Provide accurate information about services and appointments.
• Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, or inquiries.
• Maintain call logs and client records.
• Ensure excellent customer service with a calm and professional tone.

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (flexibility required).
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused attitude.

Basic computer knowledge.
