JOB TITLE -Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY,
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Coordinator with a strong engineering foundation lead and support strategic investment initiatives, manage expansion projects, and coordinate funding opportunities across our business units. This role is central to executing investment decisions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving the successful launch of new business lines and acquisitions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Investment in External Companies
- Lead coordination efforts for strategic investments in external companies (e.g., Chico Meat, Hora, FN Integrated).
- Support due diligence processes, risk assessments, and integration planning.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and report on post-investment performance and integration milestones
Funding & Grant Coordination
- Identify, evaluate, and apply for relevant funding and grant opportunities in coordination with internal business units.
- Prepare project documentation, business cases, and technical proposals for funding applications.
- act as a point of contact between the organization and funding agencies, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
Acquisition Transition Management
- Oversee the smooth handoff of fully acquired entities (100% acquisitions) to Operations or the Expansion team, based on strategic fit.
- Develop and manage transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption and clear role delineation post-acquisition.
- Track key performance metrics and provide support for post-acquisition integration.
Minaye Group Expansion Projects
- Coordinate strategic expansion into adjacent sectors and product lines, including:
- Door manufacturing and related engineering processes.
- High-profile brand partnerships (¢.g., Samsung, Kohler, Jotun).
- Minaye Packaging expansions — backward integration, flexible and rigid packaging
lines. - Will participate in upcoming expansions and partnerships as directed by the line
manager - Responsible for carrying out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
- Support feasibility assessments, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering, operation, and strategic leadership to ensure alignment and timely execution.
PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, chemical, or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, industrial project management,
business development, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of manufacturing operation, investment evaluation, and project
lifecycle management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft
Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to investment or M&A projects.
- Experience in grant writing or fundraising for technical/industrial projects.
- MBA or training in finance, strategy, or operations management is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with packaging, coatings, or manufacturing industries.
