Job Summary 

Assure quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, in-process production activities, finished products, and recording the results. Undertakes quality control tests to ensure that ingredients, products and packing materials meet the required standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Undertakes quality control tests to ensure that ingredients, products and packing materials fulfill the required standards. 
•  Follows up that laboratory facilities and materials required for quality control activities are adequately fulfilled in a timely manner. 
•  Carries out quality control activities on raw materials, packing materials, other inputs, intermediate and final products. 
•  Support the management during regulatory and system related audits. 
•  Conduct laboratory analyses of raw materials, in process products and finished products as per set schedules. 
•  Monitors that quality of products meets required standards. 
•  Follows up the sanitation of machinery, production facilities and accessories. 
• Follows up the timely calibration of laboratory equipment and devices. 
•  Implements and monitors, in cooperation with all those concerned, the Quality and Food Safety Management System of the Company. 
•  Take measures and reports on process and quality nonconformities. 
•  Ensures that the stacking of materials meet the required standard. 
•  Participates in workers skill upgrading programs. 
•  Prepares and submits periodic performance reports. 
• Performs other related duties as required. 
• Implement, document, maintain and continually improve the environmental management system iso 140001:2015
• Continually validate, verify, review, improve and update the food safety management system for the continua ling suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system.

QUALIFICATIONS: -

• BSC in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
