About the Role 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager/ Director oversee a network of company-operated and partner-operated sites. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and brand execution while managing personnel, partners, and key business interfaces across multiple functions. This is a leadership position requiring strong decision-making, business acumen, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver high performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

Operations & Network Management 

• Develop and implement strategies for partner and company-operated sites. 

• Manage policies, systems, and procedures to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. 

• Plan and execute site acquisitions, renewals, and disposals while optimizing network assets. 

Sales, Marketing & Product Management 

• Oversee product and service offerings, marketing promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize growth. 

• Implement convenience-focused offerings and category management to meet customer needs. 

• Develop and coordinate marketing plans aligned with business objectives. 

Customer Experience & Brand Management 

• Ensure superior customer service, site appearance, and brand consistency across all locations.

• Manage initiatives for new product launches, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.

Financial & Credit Management 

• Develop and manage financial strategies for platform relationships. 

• Oversee evaluation, credit extension, and collections. 

People & Partner Management 

• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring partner and staff performance aligns with business objectives. 

• Identify talent needs, recruit, train, and develop personnel. 

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Compliance 

• Implement and monitor safety and environmental standards. 

• Develop reporting, auditing, and training processes to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership. 

• Proven ability to manage complex operations, drive results, and influence teams.
