Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our digital marketing strategies with a focus on SEO, and paid social media Ads. Your primary goal will be to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and optimize conversions through various digital channels.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Define campaign goals, develop targeting criteria, and manage strategies for maximum ROI.
- Create and test ad variations to drive high engagement and conversions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and CTR.
- Lead and implement on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to increase website traffic.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns for newsletters, and service promotions.
- Create segmented lists and automation flows using tools like HubSpot/ Mailchimp.
- A/B test subject lines, layout, and content to boost open rate and CTR.
- Track email metrics and align content with CN’s brand voice and user journey stages.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to improve ranking and visibility.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance website structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations for campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion funnels.
- Integrate campaign landing pages with CRM tools for lead capture and nurturing workflows.
- Stay up to date with evolving digital marketing tools, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with 4 years and above experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Social media management, paid social media ads and SEO.
Competency
- Expertise in planning, executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.
- Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or related digital marketing disciplines are a plus.
