We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Senior Parts Sales & Inventory Officer to strengthen our parts operations, optimize inventory management, and drive sales performance. This role is critical to ensuring our clients receive timely, reliable access to parts and world-class service.

Purpose of the Job

To ensure the availability, storage, and sales of spare parts for heavy construction machinery through effective inventory control, timely coordination with import and sales teams, and efficient distribution. The role is responsible for driving parts sales performance, maintaining accurate stock records, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and reliable parts support. By aligning inventory with demand and collaborating across departments, the Senior Parts Sales & Inventory Officer plays a key role in supporting after-sales operations and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all customer and workshop parts inquiries, offering expert advice and accurate technical parts identification.
• Prepare timely and precise sales quotations, negotiate terms, and manage customer orders throughout the sales cycle.
• Actively pursue sales opportunities, follow up on quotations, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
• Promote a culture of customer service excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to spare parts sales forecasting using market trends, historical data, and service demand insights.
• Monitor and forecast consumption patterns based on scheduled maintenance plans and direct sales projections.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures, including setting safety stock levels and reorder points aligned with forecasted demand.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Ensure parts are stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.
• Ensure all inventory movements, sales orders, and stock data are accurately recorded in real-time systems.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in parts sales and inventory management, preferably in heavy construction machinery sector. Prior experience working with Hyundai machines is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
