Supervise daily mixing, filling, and packing operations according to production schedules.

Ensure adherence to formulations, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repair and preventive maintenance.

Control material usage, minimize waste, and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.

Verify and approve batch records, logbooks, and production reports.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Housekeeping (5S), and ISO  standards.

Monitor hygiene and sanitation in the production area.

Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for in-process testing, sampling, and product release.

Ensure traceability and documentation as per requirements.

Supervise and guide operators and line workers, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and safety.

Conduct on-the-job training for new staff and ensure competency of operators.

Evaluate performance and recommend development plans for subordinates.

Enforce safety policies and ensure safe operation of all equipment.

Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.

Participate in process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Support new product trials and process validations.

BSc in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetics science & technology or related fields of experience with Minimum 2–5 years of experience, highly preferred  in cosmetic, personal care experience.

Experience in supervising a team in a GMP or ISO-certified facility.
