Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, ensures the provision of efficient MIS services including systems development, networking, database management and security administration of the Company; ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, expansion and development of MIS bothtechnically and

Institutionally;assumes responsibility for information sourcedevelopment and information resource management.To plan, design, and implement creative digital marketing and visual communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand image, online presence, and customer engagement through social media and visual content. Prepare graphic designs to introduce the company.

• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the company’s     MIS services including networking, database management, security and system administration;
• Formulates strategies and policies for an integrated MIS  for planning, decision making and control  of operations of the Company;
• Coordinates the design,development, implementation and validity and safety of established systems;ensures the consistent application of approved MIS policies and regulations;
• Determines the configuration requiredfor processing management information system and on the acquiring of such resources;
• Advises and ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, expansion and development of information systemsof the Company;
• Provides ongoing training, guidance and leadership to users of the information systems;
• Directs the analysis of problems to determine causesof system software malfunctioning and takes corrective action;provides trouble-shooting services to systems administration;
• Follows preventative maintenance programs and identifies systematic malfunctions and maintains eventlogs;
• Analyzes users' requirements by consultation to determine configurations and system administration needs;
• Establishes and enforces standard guidelines forIT security administration;
• Initiates improvements in the existing information systems of the Company; implements the samewhen approved by the management of the Company
• Conducts analysis and/or oversees MIS projects aimedat determining the information requirement of the Company;
• Reorganizes the MIS by reassigning areas to different devises, removing deadrecords and reorganizing flies;
• Prepares and issueslaboratory information and documentations including reports, certificates otherrecords for review and approval of the Director;
• Maintains and ensures the availability, security, confidentiality, integrity and continuity of customer andlaboratory information, documentations, records, certificates, reports and data;
• Design creative marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Develop branding materials and ensure consistent use of the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
• Create visually appealing presentations, infographics, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with departments to design internal and external communication materials.
• Manage photography, video production, and editing for campaigns and events.
• Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, and online advertising.
• Support website content updates and graphic improvements.
• Design and maintain promotional templates for campaigns and events.
• Performs other relatedduties as required.
