• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro mechanical Engineering or other field related 
• Minimum of 3 years or above  experience in Sales or aftermarket 
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent customer handing skill.
• Attention to detail.
• Good Computer Skill

• Perform spare parts sales and aftermarket activities 
• Responsible for addressing customer problems within established response time 
• Assist in preparing  customers visiting Action plan with in Department 
• Maintain documentations for all detail customers address, Machine history, etc… 
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
• Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
• Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
• Assist in overseeing post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting
