Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Functional Consultant to support our ERP implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic graduate or entry-level professional eager to build a career in ERP consulting. 

You will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and ensure successful configuration and support of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements for ERP solutions.
• Support ERP configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Analyze and model business processes to align with ERP functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to communicate business needs.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after implementations.
• Help prepare user manuals, guides, and system documentation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting activities.
• Stay updated on ERP system features, updates, and best practices.

Requirement 

• Bachelor degree of computer science, software engineering, information technology and other related fields.
• Strong interest in ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking and a passion for solving business problems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
