Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our pediatric healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing drug information, ensuring rational use of medicines, and supporting clinical teams in delivering safe pharmaceutical care to children.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescribed medications and verify dosages for pediatric patients.
Counsel parents and caregivers on proper medication use, storage, and potential side effects.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Ensure compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards in all pharmacy operations.
Participate in quality improvement, audits, and continuous education activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Valid pharmacy license.
0 - 1 years of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy, preferably in pediatrics.
Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and dosing.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
