Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our pediatric diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in all lab operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, etc.) following established protocols.
• Perform hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other relevant tests as required.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of laboratory results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and quality control procedures are followed.
• Observe and enforce strict infection prevention and biosafety standards.
• Record, interpret, and communicate test results to clinicians.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory of laboratory supplies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in a clinical or pediatric laboratory preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
