Job Description
The company is a leading retail chain dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences across Ethiopia. It is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of all supermarket branches. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, profitability, compliance, and excellent customer service across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and support branch managers to meet sales and service targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and minimize wastage.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to identify improvement areas.
• Implement business strategies to boost revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely stock supply.
• Oversee promotional activities, customer satisfaction initiatives, and operational audits.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus across all branches.

Requirements*

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and financial controls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches effectively and drive operational results.
