Job Title: Director of Emerging Business Operations

Reports To: Chief Business Officer

Location: Head Office

Job Summary:
As the Director of Emerging Business Operations, you will spearhead the operational efficiency and strategic growth of new business ventures. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, streamline processes, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable expansion
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and execution of business strategies for emerging markets.
2. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  2.3. Coordinate operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with operational capabilities.
4. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track business performance.
  2.6. Support business expansion initiatives, including partnerships and new market entries.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for emerging operations.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
8. Provide administrative and logistical support for new business initiatives.
