The purpose of the Office Engineer position is to administer contractor's work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents. Inspect work sites, monitor project budget and schedule and check takeoff sheet, project plans and drawings to verify payment certificate. Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document. 

Their responsibilities 

1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: 

• Manage and coordinate project activities with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contract documents, take off sheet and  payment certificate
• Ensure that project schedules and budgets are met.
• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams
• Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and other documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary
• Ensure that all work complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and other documents.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff
• Provide assistance to office engineering Head
• Do any work given by the Engineering Department Manager/ Project Manager and other relevant works that can help the project to come to completion in accordance with the contract agreement, with minimum possible expenditure and time.

• Bsc Degree in civil Engineering/Construction Technology Management 
• 3 and above Years of work Experience
