Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or other related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in site supervision, quality control, and implementation of construction works according to design drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Skilled in quantity takeoff, measurement verification, and preparation of work progress certificates.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities.
• Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules.
• Demonstrated experience in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Familiarity with construction materials testing, surveying methods, and site documentation.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management or scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
