Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or other related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Office Engineer, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing project documents, quantity takeoff sheets, and payment requests.
• Strong ability to prepare, organize, and maintain contractual and technical documentation.
• Experience in assisting with progress reports, work schedules, and project monitoring activities.
• Familiarity with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost estimation, and verification of contractors’ claims.
• Skilled in document control, ensuring timely submission and approval of project-related documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction management software.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, procurement procedures, and financial tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to effectively liaise between field teams, consultants, and management.
