Receptionist / Customer Service & Post-Sales Officer

Job Description:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries or redirect them as necessary
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services and properties
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle client complaints and requests efficiently and politely
• Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks
• Ensure an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
• Follow up on collection and post-sales payments

Work Address:

Bole, beside Mega Building, Sur Construction Building, 2nd Floor, Office No. 202

Experience: Background in customer service or reception (experience in real estate is a plus)
