We ne an experienced and dedicated physiotherapist To give patients the best possible care by checking their physical condition, creating a suitable treatment plan, and helping them recover and improve their mobility. The physiotherapist will work closely with other staff and follow all instructions from the Head of Physiotherapy or Clinic Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Checking and Treating Patients
- Talk to patients to understand their problems, pain areas, and any history related to the pain and how it affects their daily life.
- Do physical checks and tests to see their strength, movement, and overall condition.
- Order every necessary checkup like MRI, CT scan and others related to the pain as necessary
- Consult seniors and doctors for complex and rare cases as needed.
- Referring the patients if there is no any progress or when completions happen.
- Make a treatment plan that fits each patient’s needs.
- Give treatments such as exercises, massage, stretching, or using machines like ultrasound, IDD, needling or electrical therapy.
- Keep track of how patients are improving and change the plan if needed.
- Attending the morning time for sharing experiences
- Attending trainings when available and needed

2. Patient Guidance and Advice
- Show patients how to do exercises correctly and safely at home.
- Teach them ways to prevent injuries and manage their condition.
- Explain how to use any support items like braces, straps, or walking aids.
3. Recording and Reporting
- Write down each patient’s progress and treatment after each and every session in the.
- Documenting every mandatory hard copy file in the patients personal file (box file)
- Filing the pain scale assessment documents
- Share daily or weekly reports with the Head of Physiotherapy.
4. Teamwork and Communication
- Work with other physiotherapists, doctors, and clinic staff to make sure the patient gets full care.
- Let the Head of Physiotherapy know if a patient needs further checks or referral to another specialist.
5. Following Rules and Improving Skills
- Always follow clinic rules, safety guidelines, and infection control measures.
- Keep learning new treatment methods and attend training given by the clinic.
6. Other Duties
- Help with any other work related to physiotherapy as given by the Head of Physiotherapy or Clinic Manager.
- Join clinic health campaigns or awareness programs when needed.
7. Discipline
- Always arrive on time and be ready to start work at your scheduled hour.
- Follow the clinic’s dress code: wear the approved uniform, keep it clean and presentable, and maintain a neat personal appearance (hair, nails, and shoes).
- Wear your name badge during working hours.
- Treat patients, colleagues, and supervisors with respect at all times.
- Follow all clinic rules, policies, and instructions from your immediate supervisor.
- Avoid using mobile phones or personal devices during treatment sessions, except for work purposes.
- Keep all patient information private and never share it without permission.
- Any repeated lateness, absence without notice, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions may result in warnings or disciplinary action according to clinic policy

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Experience: Prior experience in physiotherapy
- License: - Proven License
- 2 years: - and above experience
