Summary of the Position

The Enterprise Network & ICT Infrastructure Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network and ICT infrastructure services. The role ensures high availability, optimal performance, and robust security across data centers, networks, servers, and storage systems. The Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and ensures that infrastructure capabilities effectively support and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership 

• Develop and execute infrastructure support strategies aligned with organizational objectives. 
• Lead infrastructure support teams across server, storage, network, and cloud domains. 
• Establish and enforce SLAs, SOPs, and ITIL-based service management practices. 
• Monitor KPIs and system health to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Infrastructure Oversight 
• Manage lifecycle of enterprise systems: provisioning, maintenance, upgrades, and retirement. 
• Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance audits. 
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing. 
• Ensure integration and interoperability across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud). 

 Team & Vendor Management 

• Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. 
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to manage vendor contracts and SLAs. 
• Evaluate and onboard new technologies and support tools to enhance service delivery. 

Qualification Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 6+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in managerial roles. 
• Expertise in enterprise systems (Windows/Linux servers, SAN/NAS, virtualization). 
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, and security. 
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios), ticketing systems, and automation. 
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, IBM) are preferred.
