Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
●
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
●
Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
●
Log and track all support requests and incidents in the helpdesk system.
●
Prioritize and escalate issues to the appropriate IT staff as needed.
●
Ensure timely resolution of user issues, providing updates and feedback to users throughout the process.
●
Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials.
●
Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware and software.
●
Maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring that all hardware and software are tracked and managed properly.
●
Coordinate with the procurement team for the purchase of IT equipment and supplies.
●
Manage user accounts and access rights, ensuring that users have the appropriate permissions for their roles.
●
Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and other access-related issues.
●
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to reduce the number of support requests.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a minimum of three (1) years of demonstrated experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a minimum of six (2) years of demonstrated experience.
