Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS-ET) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in Ethiopia through sustainable agriculture, youth empowerment, and climate resilience. To enhance the visibility of its development initiatives, HRNS-ET invites proposals from qualified printing companies for the production of high-quality promotional materials.
Objective of the Call
HRNS-ET seeks to engage a professional printing company to design creative mock-ups and produce durable, high-quality promotional materials. The items include:

• T-Shirts

• Caps/Hats

•  Roll-up Banners

•  Paper File Folders

• Brochures/Leaflets

• Stickers

•  Good Practice Documents
   

Scope of Work

The selected firm will be expected to:

• Design professional mock-ups based on provided branding.

• Print and deliver the above items according to specified standards and materials.

•  Ensure all items meet HRNS’s quality expectations and timeline.

• Detailed technical specifications for each item are included in the full Terms of Reference (ToR), available at the HRNS Ethiopia office or upon request via email.

 Qualification Requirements
Eligible companies must:

• Be legally registered with a renewed business license

• Have TIN & VAT registration (if applicable)

• Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Provide a company profile, sample work, and two client references

• Be able to meet delivery timelines and submit physical samples upon request

 Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested companies should submit a comprehensive proposal including:
 

• Company Profile

• Portfolio/Samples of mock-up and print work

• Technical Proposal outlining approach, materials, timeline, and quality control

• Financial Proposal with itemized costs in ETB including VAT

•  Two Client References with full contact details
