Position Overview:

DROGA PHARMA PLC is an importer, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia. 

Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation.

Droga Physiotherapy Specialty Clinic is the biggest physiotherapy clinic in Ethiopia with experienced and expert physiotherapists which mainly focuses on latest technique and technologies to improve customer’s health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take instruction from the Physical Therapist and head nurse
• To record and monitor vital signs and all basic nursing assessment 
• To provide quality and compassionate nursing care in professional manner
• Ensure that therapy area is clean and tidy at all times to prevent infection
• Administer treatment to patients such as Electrotherapy 
• Fix and arrange equipment for physical exercises and treatment and pack them up afterwards
• Interact closely with patients to obtain their medical history
• Sanitize and sterile all reusable medical equipment’s and facilities 
• Keep records of patients’ daily progress and response to treatment
• Bring patients to areas of therapy and take them out afterwards
• Encourage patients to exercise at home as instructed by the Physical Therapist
• Observe patients closely to observe and prevent other health issues that may arise due to their condition
• Make suggestions to the Physical Therapist on patients’ treatment based on observations.

• B.SC Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized university
• 2 years and above experience
