• Act as the main point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government offices, partners, NGOs, and other institutions
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal departments and external parties
• Follow up on official letters, requests, permits, and approvals
• Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and official events
• Arrange and support meetings, visits, and appointments with stakeholders
• Ensure information is accurately shared and clearly understood by all parties
• Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence related to liaison activities
• Monitor issues, provide updates, and resolve communication gaps
• Ensure all liaison activities comply with organizational policies and regulations
• Working on field assignments outside Addis Ababa 

Skills and Qualifications:

• BSC degree in Management & Related Field 
• More than three years of experience. 
• solid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
• Fluent (written and spoken)  English
